Addressing Mental Health Needs
Many adults face mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions that can affect daily functioning, relationships, and physical health. Social and economic stressors, including housing instability, financial strain, and limited access to care, often make it difficult for individuals to receive timely and appropriate mental health support.
