Healthlincs’ Commitment
to Women’s Health

Healthlincs HerHealth Women’s Wellness Initiative

Healthlincs – as a woman-founded organization, is attuned to the challenges of women’s health:

  • Heart disease — #1 killer of women, underdiagnosed in minority women leading to underrepresented in cardiovascular prevention programs.
  • Mental health service gap in immigrant communities, leading to language, stigma, and cost barriers suppress help-seeking.
  • Diabetes prevalence 15%+ in low-income women leading to underserved in standard prevention program enrollment pipelines.
  • Cervical cancer screening rates below 70% in target zip codes, leading to preventable disease missed at community level
  • Maternal mortality — Black women 3x higher than white women, leading to direct impact in the black communities.

Healthlincs is COMMITTED to make a difference by focusing on Chronic Disease Prevention, Mental Health & Wellness, and Reproductive health.
